Customer Complaints
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to info@hikebikeandride.com, or mailed to the Customer Service Department, Hike Bike and Ride Ltd, Upper Farm, Wheston, Tideswell, Derbyshire SK17 8JA England. Alternatively, you may telephone us on 01298 872 120, calls are charged at national rates.

We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

Returns & Exchange Policy
You are welcome to exchange items within 14 days, please return them to us with your invoice number marked on the outside of the package, and email us with the item you would like in exchange.

All returned items, unless faulty must be unused & with labels attached.

Where faulty or damaged goods are despatched, please notify us within 7 days by email at info@hikebikeandride.com or by phone and return the item to us within 14 days, when we will replace your item at no cost to yourself.

Cancellation Policy:
We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations & subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

VAT & The EU
All prices are inclusive of EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible. Sales to VAT-registered businesses & organisations within the EU will not be charged VAT provided that VAT registration numbers and business details accompany every order. Our prices include VAT at 17.5%. To calculate the tax-free values multiply the price by 0.851.

Goods are for the personal use of the individual or their dependants, or for individual use on official duties and goods are delivered to an EU country and every order is accompanied by a declaration that the individual is a member of HM Forces serving within the EU and that the above conditions apply.
